The plain-language rules for using the Radhe Exchange ID desk. By messaging us for an ID, you agree to these terms.
18+ only
You must be at least eighteen years old, and online gaming must be lawfully permitted where you are. We will decline any request that does not meet both conditions.
One person, one account
IDs are personal. Do not share your username and password with anyone — not friends, not signal groups, not anyone claiming to be support.
- Opens exchange accounts for eligible players over WhatsApp.
- Provides ongoing human support for those accounts — deposits, withdrawals, password resets, login help.
- Shares the current panel link and safe app download source in your chat.
What the desk does not do: we are not the exchange operator. We do not set odds, settle markets, or control the platform. Prices move because other players move them — that is the nature of an exchange.
Deposits
Pay only to the details shared in your own WhatsApp chat. Amounts convert to points in your account, usually within minutes. We never ask for bank OTPs or passwords.
Withdrawals
Request in chat; points convert back and money is sent to your UPI ID or bank account, typically the same day. We never charge a fee to release your own money.
Your responsibility
Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you start and stop when it is gone. Never borrow to play, and never chase losses.
Closing your account
Ask any time and we will limit or close your account — no persuasion, no delay tactics. If play stops being fun, tell us.
Do not abuse the desk — no spam, no threats to staff, no fraudulent payments. We may refuse service to anyone breaking these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the desk after changes means you accept them.
